- Approval From Different Authorities: Aviation Clearance [Letter ], Environmental Clearance [Letter ], Building Plan Sanction Letter [Letter ] Lease Deed of Land [Deed ]
- Greater Noida Housing Scheme: –Plan Sanction Letter From GNIDA [Letter ]
- Environmental Clearance – The State level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Uttar Pradesh has granted environment clearance to the project on 28 Oct 2015.Click.
- Aviation Clearance- Airport Authority of India has issued no objection certificate for height clearance on 06 Apr 2015. Click.
- Submission Drawings- All the submission drawings along with relevant fee with regard to the approval of plans by Statutory Authority have been submitted. Clearance expected shortly.
- Prequalification of Contractors- Letter of Intent have been issued to three contractors for 3 packages out of the total proposed 6 packages. Pre-qualification of the rest of the contractors is in process.
- Proof Consultant for the quality assurance and vetting of structural drawings-Vetting of the structural drawings has been completed IIT, Roorkee and all the drawings have been submitted to GNIDA.
- Dewatering – Slush from the site has been removed and all the dewatering work has been completed.
- Land Survey- Contour survey and Survey of land completed.
- Soil Investigation – Soil Investigation has been completed by IIT, Roorkee and the final report has since been submitted. Based on the report, structural drawings have been approved by IIT, Roorkee.
